Role Description:

This dynamic, entry-level position is a dual role, focusing on the executive support of our CEO as well as the marketing & creative support for our company. As an Executive Assistant, you will work side-by-side with our CEO, managing his calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing travel itineraries and logistics, communicating with clients and staff, coordinating the company’s participation in the annual Licensing Show, and more. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to show-off your graphic design chops by working on various creative projects, participating in press writings, creating pitch decks for current and potential clients, and more. This position provides great opportunity for learning about every aspect of the licensing business.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of professional (and/or internship) work experience required.

  • Experience providing administrative support to management preferred.

  • Graphic design experience is required (may be educational experience).

  • Experience performing marketing-specific tasks preferred.

Skills:

  • Quick thinker and strong problem solver.

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

  • Highly organized and detailed.

  • Solid graphic design skills and a keen, creative eye.

  • Strong tech skills and internet research savvy.

  • Able to shift priorities and complete projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
