Ross Misher is an accomplished industry veteran and licensing executive with expertise in brand creation, innovative partnerships, property acquisitions and retail development. Misher has worked in all facets of consumer products with companies including Marvel Entertainment Group and Disney Consumer Products, among others.
In 1999, Misher founded Brand Central LLC, a leading global brand consultancy based in Los Angeles and currently serves as the company's CEO. As CEO of Brand Central, Ross is responsible for new client acquisition, client relations, key retail relationships and major hardline categories including Toys, Interactive, Wireless and more. The company provides comprehensive business solutions to some of the world's most recognized brands including Kellogg's, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Jarden Corporation, Gaiam, Dr. Andrew Weil M.D., HiT Entertainment, Quincy Jones, Mark Burnett Productions, and more.
Brand Central manages 200 licensees across its client portfolio that generate over a billion dollars in retail sales. The company maintains strong relationships across the licensing industry with best-in-class licensees, licensors, manufacturers and retailers. In 2009, the company was awarded "Top 20 Best Consumer Products Agencies" by License! Magazine. Misher was also named one of the licensing industry's 40 Leaders of Tomorrow by the publication. Misher is an active member of LIMA, the licensing industry's association and often speaks on industry panels and events.
Misher holds a B.A. in Political Communications from the George Washington University and studied abroad at the London School of Economics.

As Sr. Director of Licensing, Andrea Brent is responsible for new business development and licensing partnerships for Brand Central's client roster. Her role includes identifying, soliciting and negotiating new licensing agreements in multiple product categories as well as developing and executing new business strategies to drive sales performance and growth of existing licensees.
Andrea joined Brand Central in 2006 from Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation where she served in Fox's Licensing and Merchandising division handling product development and licensee management for Fox Film and Television properties.
She began her career as a publicist for Arista Records, a division of Sony BMG Music Entertainment, where she implemented press campaigns for award winning artists such as Usher, OutKast, Santana, and Whitney Houston. During her tenure at Arista she was elected Associate Governor on the Governors Board of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
Andrea holds a B.A. in Business from Whittier College and a M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

As Sales/Licensing Manager, Dhivyah Ramanath is responsible for business development across multiple accounts to develop new strategic partnerships with licensees and retailers.
Prior to Brand Central, Dhivyah was at Walt Disney Consumer Products where she managed the Jonas Brothers licensing program and built their lifestyle division. Prior to Jonas, she managed the Disney Visual Merchandising/Brand Identity team on high profile projects such as Global Summits, Licensee Creative Review, and Global Look Books. She also has an extensive apparel background working at companies such as BCBG Max Azria Group.
Dhivyah has a BA from UCLA, an Associate of Arts from FIDM, and a MBA from Pepperdine University.

As Licensing Manager of Brand Central LLC, Tali Charisky is responsible for managing licensees including overseeing product development and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize their licensing programs. Her role also encompasses creating marketing materials and licensing presentations that support new business development initiatives and performing business analysis on prospective categories and retailers. Finally, Charisky ensures compliance of all contractual obligations including quality control, as well as sales tracking and royalty reporting.
Prior to joining Brand Central, Charisky worked at Paramount Pictures where she supported the brand management team in developing and implementing business/marketing plans for over 11 annual releases of CBS Paramount Television and Showtime properties including Star Trek, CSI & Dexter.
Charisky began her career at Galan Entertainment, under acclaimed television producer Nely Galan, working in creative/business development, where she was a key role in the launch of a multi-platform brand which featured television, web, print, and event components.
Charisky holds a B.A in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles.
