Ross Misher - CEO & President

Ross Misher is an accomplished industry veteran and licensing executive with expertise in brand creation, innovative partnerships, property acquisitions and retail development. He has worked in all facets of consumer products with companies including Marvel Entertainment Group and Disney Consumer Products among others.

In 2001, Misher founded Brand Central LLC, a leading
global brand consultancy based in Los Angeles
and currently serves as the company's CEO.The company provides comprehensive business solutions to some of the world's most recognized brands including Kellogg's, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Baja Fresh, Jarden Corporation, Gaiam, Dr. Andrew Weil M.D., Sanrio, ABC Networks, Seventh Generation,Mark Burnett Productions and more.

Brand Central manages 200 licensees across its client portfolio
that generate over a billion dollars in retail sales. The company maintains strong relationships across the licensing industry with
best-in-class licensees, licensors, manufacturers and retailers. For the past three consecutive years,the company was awarded "Top 10 Best Consumer Products Agencies" by License! Magazine.
He was also named one of the licensing industry's 40 Leaders of Tomorrow by the publication.
Misher is an active member of LIMA, the licensing industry's association and serves on the West
Coast board.
Misher holds a B.A. in Political Communications from the George Washington University and studied abroad at the London School of Economics.


Andrew Lelchuk- Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing 

With nearly 30 years of experience within corporate management, 
marketing, licensing, sales, retail,
manufacturing and mergers and
acquisitions, Lelchuk is an industry veteran. He was
most recently Vice
President of Marketing at Encore Software Inc. where he led the brand,
category, product and sales strategy as well as direct to consumer

activities.  As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Namco
Bandai Games America, Inc.  he was responsible for all facets of the

company's sales and marketing initiatives while spearheading efforts to
further brand awareness for the company's licensed, cornerstone and
original
properties. These efforts resulted in record sales and operating
profits in 2008. Prior to this, Lelchuk was Senior Vice President and Chief
Operating
Officer at Ocean Pacific Apparel Corporation and he has
previously served as Director of Global Business Development at The
Coca-Cola Company in addition to
positions at The Walt Disney Company
and Ralph Lauren.
Lelchuk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from California 
State University Fullerton
and a Masters of Business Administration in
Marketing from Pepperdine University.
